  গত ৩১ জানুয়ারি, ২০২৩ মহামান্য রাষ্ট্রপতির সম্মতি লাভের পর“সর্বজনীন পেনশন ব্যবস্থাপনা আইন, ২০২৩" গেজেট আকারে প্রকাশিত হয়েছে।

 ১।১৮ হইতে ৫০ বৎসর বয়সি সকল বাংলাদেশি নাগরিক এ স্কিমে অংশগ্রণ করিতে পারিবেন।

২।৫০ বৎসর উর্ধ্ব নাগরিকগণ নিরবচ্ছিন্ন ১০ (দশ) বৎসর চাঁদা প্রদান শর্তে 

এ স্কিমে অংশগ্রহণ করিতে পারিবেন।

৩।বিদেশে কর্মরত বাংলাদেশি নাগরিকগণও এ স্কিমে অংশগ্রণ করিতে পারিবেন।
