Every person must enter in to this area in life either engage in job or business or other profession . But what happens then? Here it is described and tried to give some suggestion . It is a very interesting feeling when one leads retired life.The discipline maintained throughout service life has suddenly brokendown.The person leading this life have required some time  for adjustment. Daily routine make some changes in his minds also.Gradually it  becomes clear that nothing going normal as before.Health becomes pale, family members attitude become unfamiliar,everybody dam cares.

However,this is not abnormal.Everybody wants the guy to remain  busy asusual.But they would not  know this is the law of the day.The retired person must understand this and continue  normal life as it is another style of life.Monotonous situation may go away by early rising from bed, saying prayer regularly, morning walk, visiting house of close relatives and friends nearby.

Some persons have hobby of gardening, angling, bee / fish keeping etc .These good habits may help the retired person to remain busy . One should become busy by marketing essential things of family that we need regular.

Adjusting to Retirement: 

 Retirement can be a reward for hard work of past service life .Initially, escaping the daily work pressures,workplace politics, or a difficult boss, for example.But it can also trigger stress, anxiety, and depression. 

 

Instead of feeling free, relaxed, and fulfilled, you feel depressed, aimless, and isolated. You may loss of your old life, feel stressed about how you’re going to fill your coming days or worried about the future days with your spouse or partner. Some new retirees even experience mental health issues such as clinical depression or anxiety.

*Struggling to “switch off” from work mode and relax.This may happen within a couple of   weeks or months of retirement especially.

*Feeling anxious when you find more time on your hands, but less or no money to spend.

*Finding  no meaningful activity to fill the extra hours you now have.

*Losing your identity-who are you? Because,for example, you’re no longer a doctor,engineer, designer,artist,teacher or electrician,etc.
